Free Trials: Select plans come with a 30-day free trial period.
Add-On Options: Users may purchase additional usage limits through add-on options.
Customized Plans: We offer customized plans for select users based on their spending patterns with us.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
2. Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Service Continuation: After cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Non-Renewal: Canceled subscriptions will not renew for the subsequent billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following specific condition:
Accidental Renewal Charges: If you were charged for the next month of service but intended to cancel your subscription—and there has been no usage activity on your account since the charge—you are eligible for a refund of that month's subscription fee.
Please Note:
- No Refunds for Partial Use: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused features.
- One-Time Add-Ons: Purchases of add-on options are non-refundable.
- Free Trial: Charges incurred after the expiration of a free trial are non-refundable unless they meet the criteria for accidental renewal charges as stated above.
4. How to Request a Refund
Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the charge date.

5. Prohibited Activities and Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Form Cue application.
- Reselling or Redistribution: Reselling, distributing, or sublicensing our services without explicit written permission.
- Illegal Use: Using Form Cue for any unlawful purposes or activities that promote illegal actions.
- Malicious Activities: Using the platform to distribute malware, spam, or any other harmful content.
Engaging in any prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

Effective Date: Modifications become effective immediately upon posting.
